Refunds
Your deposit will only be refunded if you cancel 72 hours in advance of your
reserved time, or if the weather conditions are unsafe (Captain's decision). Cancellation
of less than 72 hours advance notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
If your party fails to appear on the chartered date at the required time, the crew
will wait for one hour and then treat your absence as a cancellation.
